Our Pedigree
Drawing from almost four decades of continuous research, development and technical expertise, our range of hand-finished exhaust systems continues to grow – fulfilling the demanding requirements of discerning owners for key marques like Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, BMW and Alfa Romeo.
Our enviable motorsport heritage, working with Championships like the BTCC, the Volkswagen Racing Cup and gruelling events like the like the Nurburgring 24H gives us the technical insight to development exhaust solutions that truly work – offering power and aural enhancements for a wide range of sports, prestige and competition vehicles.
Every system we make is designed, developed and hand-finished here in the UK by time-served craftsmen, each one produced in aerospace grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel. This superior material is less susceptible to discolouration, lasts almost indefinitely and is used throughout the entire construction of our pipework, silencers and associated hardware.
Mandrel bending ensures constant radius bends for optimised gasflow, and bore diameters are carefully enlarged over stock to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque. All of our systems endure a comprehensive acoustic development process to deliver a tone that’s sporty and crisp, without ever inducing NVH, drone or cabin resonance.

The VW / Audi Group (VAG Group)
We’re perhaps best known for our extensive range of VW Group exhaust systems. From our legendary 3″ Audi TTRS system to our class leading Audi R8 and ground breaking VW systems, Milltek Sport exhausts have long been held up as the industry standard in terms of fit, finish, tone and power delivery.
The VW Group has consistently been producing superb high performance sports models, from the ubiquitous Golf GTi and Clubsport, through to the SEAT Cupra, Audi RS and S ranges and off course the Skoda VRS line up. Not forgetting their ‘greatest hits’ like the Audi UR Quattro, Corrado VR6 and Golf GTi Mk1 and Mk2. In every case, we have an exhaust solution to fit.
We run our own extensive fleet of R&D VW Group vehicles, and make sure we commit to an intensive schedule of road and dyno miles on all of our products prior to launch. ‘OEM+’ looks, sporting or discrete sound, depending on your wishes – and a fit that bolts up as per the original are the watchwords of our VW, Bentley, Porsche Audi, SEAT and Skoda exhaust ranges. Even the latest Golf GTi 7.5 is catered for in our new line-up! Available with high-flow sports catalysts in most cases, you don’t have to sacrifice legality for performance.
Continuous Development
With so many cars being globally available, our testing and quality processes ensure that each system we sell is suitable for all markets, making it ready for worldwide distribution. Each new part is rigorously tested on the rolling road and through many miles of subjective analysis. It has to look right, fit correctly and sound perfect!
Every aspect of design, from tailpipe styling, ease of fitment, suitability for vehicle specifications and power variances is carefully optimised to deliver a quality, durable and, responsibly-engineered range of products to suit all environments and markets.
Recent additions to the range include the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, 987 Porsche Cayman, BMW M2 and Porsche 991 GT3.
At Milltek Sport, we don’t just develop systems for petrol-engined vehicles either; recently the Audi A6 C7 3.0 Bi-TDI and VW Transporter T6 systems were developed giving a useful performance increase and greatly improved ‘spool up’ of the engine due to the larger pipe diameters and reduced back pressure.
Close co-operation with car manufacturers and leading main dealers allows Milltek Sport to develop performance exhaust and Hi-Flow catalyst solutions right at the beginning of the vehicle life. This means that Milltek Sport product is available for you to purchase as soon as you take delivery of your car.

Everything we design and produce is only ever made to one quality – and that has to be good enough for our most demanding of customers, our race teams! Having worked at the very forefront of such gruelling arenas as British Touring Car Championship, The Volkswagen Racing Cup, Time Attack and numerous club-level races for many years, we’ve learned how to manufacture to the exacting tolerances and peerless quality that the world’s leading motorsport teams and manufacturers demand. Once you’ve mastered that, the rest is easy!
It’s not just the teams either. BTCC and GT3 ace Tom Onslow-Cole and rising Tin-Top star Lucas Orrock are both part of our development driver team. Working closely with our engineers to deliver meaningful, useable data that we can translate directly into our road-going programmes.
